Guides for email campaigns, contact lists and optional event RSVPs.
Yes. Import your contact list, create a mailer, send a test and then send to your selected list. You can track delivery, opens and clicks without using RSVP or check-in. Leave RSVP and calendar links out of your email when you don’t need them.
After signing in and completing 2FA setup, you'll land on the dashboard. Head to Event settings to configure your event name, date, time, venue, and branding. This information appears on your RSVP page and in your email templates.
Go to the Team page. Click 'Invite a new user', enter their email, set a temporary password, and assign one or more roles: Account Manager (full access), Editorial (mailers), Data Management (guests/lists), or Reports (read-only). They'll set up two-factor authentication on first sign-in.
CSV and Excel (.xlsx). Your file should have columns for first name, last name, email, organisation, and title. Column headers are matched automatically.
Guests are deduplicated by email address during import. If a guest with the same email already exists, they're skipped. You'll see a summary of imported, skipped, and rejected rows.
You can create multiple lists and assign guests to them. One guest can belong to several lists. When sending a mailer, you choose which lists to send to — each recipient gets one email per list per send.
Go to the Mailers page. Select a template from the dropdown or create a new one. Edit the subject line and content using the visual editor or switch to HTML. Use personalisation tags like {{first_name}}, {{rsvp_link}}, and {{calendar_links}}.
Before sending to your full guest list, you must send a test to at least one internal email address. This lets you verify the email looks correct in your inbox. The full send button is locked until the latest saved version has been tested.
Yes. When you click 'Send to guests', the system checks if any recipients have already received this mailer and warns you. You can choose to proceed — useful for sending to newly added guests or re-sending after changes.
