What does your allowance cover?
Each email to one recipient uses one credit, whether it’s a newsletter, an invitation, a reminder or a follow-up. Choose a plan for the total emails you expect to send—not just the size of your list.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send emails without an RSVP?
Yes. Send newsletters, announcements and customer updates without an RSVP link. RSVP, calendar and check-in tools are included when you need them for an event.
What happens after my free trial?
Your 30-day trial ends and you choose a plan. We won't auto-charge you — you'll be prompted to set up billing.
Do unused email credits roll over?
Credits reset each billing cycle. Unused credits expire after 1 year from when they were granted.
What if I run out of emails mid-month?
Buy a once-off top-up from your Billing page: 1,000 emails for R150, 5,000 for R600 or 20,000 for R2,000. Top-up credits are valid for 1 year.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
How does billing work?
Monthly debit order in ZAR via PayFast. You'll receive an invoice each month.
What counts as a send?
Each individual email delivered to a recipient counts as one send — whether it's an invitation, reminder, or thank-you.
