Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Mailblaze you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

Mailblaze provides tools for creating and sending event email campaigns, collecting RSVPs, tracking email engagement, and managing guest check-in. We may update features at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are created by invitation only — there is no public sign-up.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) through Mailblaze.
  • Upload or distribute malicious content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Content and data

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using Mailblaze you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from individuals whose data you upload.

6. Email sending

Email delivery depends on third-party providers and recipient infrastructure. We do not guarantee delivery to every recipient. You must comply with all applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws.

7. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Email credits expire one year from purchase. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may request export of your data within 30 days.

9. Limitation of liability

Mailblaze is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mailblaze against claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
